SMART repair covers scuffs, bumper scrapes, panels and alloy wheels. These systems give that work a compliant spray environment, whether it stays in a workshop bay, sits in the yard, folds away between jobs or travels out to site in a van.
The SMARTRE-FLEX gives the work a dedicated bay with spark proof extraction at 1.80m³/s, a personnel door and a built in workstation with paint mixing bench. Zip open the front, drive the car in, and the semi clear flame retardant sheeting floods the bay with natural light for colour matching.
When spraying is finished the booth retracts from 6.83 metres to 1.88, and the floor goes back to work. Where the repair will not come to the workshop, the MOBE-X and SMART-EX take a compliant spray environment out to it. For vans and light commercial vehicles, the SMARTRE-FLEX COMMERCIAL retracts from 8.8 metres to 2.19. The SMART-EX filters and returns air to the workspace through six stage filtration at 99% efficiency, so it needs no ducting and suits smaller jobs. The MOBE-X ducts its exhaust out through a 20 metre hose and suits larger spraying tasks in enclosed areas.
Yes. Finance is available on 3 year agreements, with the SMARTRE-FLEX from £429.98 a month. ChipsAway in Essex took its SMARTRE-FLEX on a 3 year lease to protect its cash flow when it opened a new body shop.
