Pass your LEV test and keep your floor space. The SMARTRE-FLEX gives SMART repairs, panel painting, priming and alloy wheel work a dedicated bay with spark proof extraction at 1.80m3/s, a personnel door and a built in workstation with paint mixing bench. Zip open the front, drive the car in, and the semi clear flame retardant sheeting floods the bay with natural light for colour work. When spraying is finished, the booth retracts from 6.83 metres to 1.88 metres and the floor goes back to work.

SMART repairs, panel painting, priming and alloy wheel refurbishment on cars in bodyshops, SMART repair centres and dealerships. The zip up front opening gives easy vehicle access; the replaceable air inlet filter panel gives an enclosed clean air environment when closed.

Exhaust filter: filtration by way of 2 x green and white extract filter media at 1000mm high mounted in the exhaust chamber
Exhaust ducting: fan supplied with a 500mm dia duct connector
The system is free standing and only requires ducting penetration through an outside wall to provide ventilation to the work area

Work area constructed from 3 modules of powder coated steel tube framework with semi clear reinforced flame retardant PVC sheeting attached to the inside (530g/m2, 0.45mm, BS7837:1996)

Plenum body: 1.0mm galvanised sheet metal of modular design, turret punched, pre-folded and ready for easy bolt together assembly, c/w personnel door and workstation paint mixing bench

The Hazardous Zone 2 area extends to a minimum of 2m either side and front of the extended work area
Supplied with a documented maintenance programme; failure to comply may cause warranties to become null and void
