Vans and light commercial vehicles need a bigger compliant bay, not a permanent one. This range covers a drive in booth sized for panel vans, an enclosure built to your vehicle, and extraction that travels to the work when it cannot come to the workshop.
The SMARTRE-FLEX COMMERCIAL gives van work a compliant bay 8.8 metres long, 4.1 wide and 3.4 high, with a 3.0kW spark proof fan extracting at 4.2m³/s through three Andreae dry filters. Zip open the front and drive the vehicle in. It carries the same personnel door, workstation and paint mixing bench as the standard booth.
When spraying is finished it retracts from 8.8 metres to 2.19, freeing around 75% of the floor. Where a vehicle needs its own footprint, the ROLARE-FLEX enclosure is built to any size and pairs with MOBE-X extraction.
The work area is 8.8m long, 4.1m wide and 3.4m high, sized for vans and light commercial vehicles including standard panel vans. Send us your largest vehicle and we will confirm the fit.
It is a four module work area rather than three, a metre taller and two metres longer, with a 3.0kW fan at 4.2m³/s in place of the 0.75kW unit. Layout and features are otherwise the same.
The ROLARE-FLEX enclosure is built to any size, from single car bays to commercial vehicle enclosures, with the MOBE-X extraction specified to the enclosure at quotation.
Yes. The MOBE-X travels in a standard van and turns any enclosed area into a compliant spray environment, with a 20 metre exhaust hose reaching a safe discharge point. The SMART-EX fits in a light commercial vehicle and needs no ducting, returning filtered air to the workspace.
For the SMARTRE-FLEX COMMERCIAL, a qualified electrician for all electrical supply and connections, which is excluded from the price, and ducting penetration through an outside wall. The MOBE-X runs on a standard 110V site supply.
