The MASTRE-FLEX builds to any size, up to rail scale enclosures, so it fits even space-restricted depots. Pull the booth around the vehicle, spray, then fold it away: each 1950mm module retracts to just 300mm, freeing around 85% of the floor. Choose a dry filter or water wash extraction wall, enclosed with bi-fold doors or open faced.
The same approach works on a production line. Dennis Eagle, the refuse vehicle manufacturer, had no room to manoeuvre trucks into a fixed booth, so we supplied a MASTRE-FLEX 10.75 metres long, 4 wide and 4 high. Trucks reverse up to the plenum, the booth pulls around them, and it retracts to 2.5 metres between jobs.

Dry filter suits most workloads, with lower running costs and simpler maintenance. Water wash suits continuous, high volume spraying. We recommend a configuration based on your throughput and coatings.
For spraying you need extraction. Pair it with the MOBE-X as the ROLARE-FLEX + MOBE-X system, which gives two stage filtration at 99% efficiency with the exhaust ducted out through a 20 metre hose.
Yes. Choose the fully mobile ROLARE-FLEX to reposition the enclosure as work demands, or a fixed retractable version for a permanent bay that folds away.
